Shipping to Canada
We offer shipping to all provinces in Canada (at the exception of NT, NU and YT) and accept payments from all major credit cards.
Once you have completed your order online, you will receive a confirmation of this order along with your order number via email. Orders will be processed within two business days and once processed, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Free shipping on all orders over CAD $149.00 (before taxes and promo code when applicable) and will be delivered within 3 to 5 days via Standard delivery service.
If you do not qualify for free shipping, you will be invited to choose a delivery service. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated before final validation of your order.
We are sorry that we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Free shipping on all orders over USD $149.00 (before taxes and promo code when applicable) and will be delivered within 7 to 10 days via Standard delivery service.
If you do not qualify for free shipping, a flat rate of USD $15.00 will apply. Shipping charges will be automatically added before final validation of your order.
Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer shipping to countries outside Canada and the United States.
Returns
The quality of service that we deliver and your complete satisfaction are our primary concerns.
In the event that you would not be satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of the date the products were shipped to you. We will ask you to send us a message for reason of return and once approved, we will give you a return authorization number which will need to be indicated on the return label that will be supplied with your order.
All products must be returned unused, in its original condition with tags attached as well as in its original box. We ask that you take care of returned products by making sure it is packed and sealed securely. Refund will be processed once the product is received and inspected.
Pls note returns are not prepaid; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
